Pay to appear exactly when a customer searches for what you sell. Here's how Google Ads works in Panama, what it really costs, and when it beats Meta Ads or SEO.
Google Ads is a keyword auction: you choose the searches where you want to appear ("plumber panama city", "dental clinic costa del este"), set what you're willing to pay, and you only pay when someone clicks your ad. 1) Sending clicks to a bad website. You pay for the visit; the page loads slowly or hides the WhatsApp button; the sale dies for free. 2) Keywords that are too broad. "Lawyer" brings curious browsers from all over; "labor lawyer panama city" brings clients. 3) No negative keywords. Without them you pay for searches like "free", "course", "jobs". 4) Set-and-forget. Campaigns need weekly optimization — leaving one alone is donating money to Google.
